priomold also offers a milling service for prototypes and small series of up to 20 pieces. Thanks to our spacious, ultra-modern and automated machinery park for toolmaking, we are specialists in single-part production – even with highly complex geometries.

We offer you CNC-milled parts made of high-strength aluminium (EN AW 7075) and POM-C raw material from stock:

  • 3-axis milled parts – 400x400x150
  • 5-axis milled parts – 160x100x120
  • Production according to 3D model and DIN ISO 2786-m
  • Number of pieces: 1 to 20
  • Delivery within 3 to 7 working days
  • Submission of offer within 24 hours

High-performance HSC milling machines

Our employees look forward to receiving your enquiry and support you with a total of eleven ultra-modern 3 and 5-axis HSC milling machines to produce your prototype or small series. We need at least 3D data (STEP) and/or a drawing with tolerances for the enquiry.

To keep the service fast and flexible, we currently only process aluminium and POM-C from our own stock. So all you have to do is send us the STEP data and you will receive your milled part in a few days.
